Sacred Vessels
For 1,700 years, the Ethiopian Orthodox Church has carried the icons forward — saints rendered in halo and gold, in lapis and crimson.
We worked with master glassblowers to translate that iconography into vessels worthy of holding our reserve Tej. Every curve, every halo, every fold of the saint's robe is sculpted by hand. No two are exactly alike.
Each bottle is numbered 001 through 200, signed at the base, and sealed with our oxblood wax medallion.

ቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ
Patron Saint of Ethiopia
The first release. Saint George rears upon his horse, lance to the dragon, his halo gilded in amber glass. Filled with 750ml of our deepest reserve Tej — aged in clay, sealed by hand.

Theotokos — She Who Bore the Light
The Virgin enthroned, holding the Christ child. Robed in lapis and crimson, her maphorion sculpted in flowing relief. The most revered icon of the Ethiopian Tewahedo Church, rendered in honey-gold glass.

Captain of the Heavenly Host
Sword raised, scales of judgment in hand, six wings unfurled across the vessel. The defender of souls cast in glass — armor gilded, robes of indigo and crimson coursing through the amber.

The Standing Saint
Ethiopia's great ascetic, who prayed standing on one leg until the other fell away. Six wings folded, prayer staff in hand. The final vessel — monastic, austere, crowned with a halo of beaten gold.
